Therefore, today we will talk, however, how to remotely obtain an electronic signature certificate in the EU. After all, it is not a secret for him that due to the situation in Ukraine, many are abroad, and in order to work and support the economy of Ukraine, we must sign documents and draw up contracts. How to get an electronic signature in the EU?
To obtain an electronic signature, you will need a phone, 5 minutes of time, access to e-mail, a good Internet connection and documents confirming your face.
To obtain an electronic signature, you must use the Evrotrust application. It is available for download on both Google Play and the App Store. After installing the application, you will be prompted to read the privacy policy and accept the terms of use. This is a standard procedure, familiarization with the materials of which takes a few minutes.
After you agree to the rules, you will be prompted to generate a pin code to enter the application. At this stage, it is important to come up with a digital code with numbers that will not duplicate each other or form a sequence. For example, 11111 or 01234 are not very reliable options, but 04295 is a good code. But we note that all digital combinations are just examples, and you need to generate your own password that no one can guess.
After entering and confirming a digital password, you will be prompted to come up with an alternative login code that can be used in case you lose the first one. It can already be a word or a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. And if you forget it, then you are given the opportunity to restore it with the help of a hint, which you also need to register. It can be a set of associations that will help you remember the password.
The next step is to authorize your document IDs. To do this, you need to allow the application access to photos and videos on your phone. Thus, the application reads your biometric data thanks to the chip in the documents. After that, check the correctness of the information that appears on the screen.
Then you need to go through the identification procedure using the camera. You did the same when registering in Action, so you are already familiar with this process. After successful recognition, you will see contact information, which you will also need to check.
