InstaDoc internship under the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneur program

One month, from June 02 to July 02, 2022, the founder of InstaDoc participated in the internship Erasmus for Young Entrepreneur Program. The host entrepreneur was Todor Georgiev, a Bulgarian citizen, whose project is an online school Kabinata.

Inna and Zhivko as representatives of InstaDoc and Kabinata respectively exchanged their entrepreneurial experience, discussed possible future collaboration and different ways of promotion of each other’s services in their native countries as well as in the European Union and in the international context. They noticed the differences between Bulgarian and Ukrainian markets and tried to find the strategies of development and promotion that can suit both countries.

Zhivko and Todor from Kabinata gave a presentation of their company to InstaDoc, including history overview, goals, strategy, plans for development and some particularities of job. In turn Inna presented InstaDoc’s services, strategy and history as a unique Ukrainian startup.

What is InstaDoc? In brief, InstaDoc is an e-document management system, database, template-builder and marketplace of document templates for different purposes. Our clients are both companies and individuals. Our service saves your time spent on filling in the details of standard documents, and it also help to avoid mistakes in the number of contracts, additional agreements or invoices. Making changes and editing documents because of frequent changing of commercial conditions is not a problem anymore. Due to a flexible template editing system, you can easily make changes if necessary, for example, for changing a contractor or signatory, you will only need to select the right person from the drop-down list.

Our main functional advantages are:

• automated register of documents;
• 5-lingual register of counterparties;
• data are pulled automatically from the Unified State Register of Ukraine for counterparties registered in Ukraine, the trade registers of other countries can be pulled upon client’s request;
• absolutely all qualified electronic signatures issued in Ukraine are accepted; EU qualified electronic signatures will be launched upon client’s request;
• document register allows you to save not only documents signed in InstaDoc, but also in other systems as well as scans;
• the number, date and other attributes of the document generated in the system are automatically displayed in the document register;
• a document template is an already prepared package of documents that are connected to each other;
• an extremely flexible document designer allows you to configure contract templates of any level of complexity without the help of technicians;
• a document signed by the KEP in InstaDoc can be sent to the counterparty simply by e-mail, even if your counterparties use another electronic document management system;
• integration with other systems.

Our achievements:
 

InstaDoc became the LegalTech startup of the year 2019 in the national competition Liga Zakon in the nomination Legal Infrastructure LIGA AWARDS	We are also in the short list of finalists of the competition of Hague Institute of Innovations in Law

During the internship Todor and Zhivko introduced InstaDoc to potential partners from Bulgaria. We received extremely valuable contacts of people to work with. We met Stefan Tashev from Sibi Publishing House, who highlightened important peculiarities of Bulgarian legal market. Among other contacts was ARC Fund as a part of Enterprise Europe Network. We do believe that all SME shall not ignore publishing their commercial offers in their database. We did not miss the opportunity to dive deeper into the market of qualified electronic services in the EU and visited Evrotrust in order to purchase qualified electronic signature.

As a result, InstaDoc and Kabinata agreed to promote services of each other. Afterwards we will analyze the outcomes and come to closer cooperation. Assistance in search of service providers, e.g. copywriters, is our next important sphere of future collaboration.

We added the Bulgarian and Polish languages to our platform https://instaco.com.ua. We started a market test to spot whether the services of InstaDoc are in demand in Bulgaria among citizens, business and lawyers.

In fact, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Program is a great opportunity to get business skills in a short period of time, get mentoring support and feedback from experienced businessmen, a fresh look at your ideas or projects. We estimate that the tasks that we solved during the one-month internship period, we would solve during 3 months of remote work.
