Case: personnel automation - it is enough to carry statements and orders by courier

Example of automation of part of personnel document management at the enterprise:
Step 1
1.Your employee generates from the template and signs the application for leave and sends it for approval to the human resources department and the director
Step 2
1. The Human Resources Dep artment approves the application for leave or rejects it (with a comment).
2. The human resources department generates a leave order for sending to the director and employee for signing
Step 3
1. The director signs or rejects with a comment the application for leave (visa) and signs or rejects with the comment the order for leave then in all links (the initiator-employee, personnel department, the director) the corresponding status of documents is displayed.
Step 4
1.The employee signs a vacation order. All documents with original signatures are available in the subjects of the whole chain of the process.
