How to generate a document based on a template?
1. Choose a template
on the site from the template database or
|
from your templates created in your personal account
|
2. Answer the questions of the questionnaire by choosing the necessary options.
Pay attention! Counterparty data in the document template will be filled in automatically, if you have this data filled in the register of counterparties. Learn more about keeping a register of counterparties in InstaDoc.
3. Save the document by giving the document a name and clicking on the diskette on the left , or rather the package of documents that can be generated from this template. After that, the document turns into a "draft" or "draft" document and is displayed in the general register of documents, that is, you can return to edit it later.
Lifehack! in the name of the document, you can write the type of transaction, parties and dates (for example "DKP gas Instako - Rotor psg 121220") , and the name of the document from a package of documents, for example, a contract, act, account, etc. will be entered into the name of the downloaded file automatically after your package name (i.e. the automatic name of the downloaded file will be "D KP gas Instako - Rotor psg 121220: Contract " or " DKP gas Instako - Rotor psg 121220: act "). You can have your own file naming and archiving system.
4. Make sure that all the fields you need (they are highlighted in purple) are filled with data.
5. Click on the "word" or "pdf" sign, after which you can accept the proposed file name or change the proposed one, then - download or immediately sign the document with a qualified electronic signature. Learn more about signing the KEP document. |
6. The document will be downloaded to your device in the format of your choice (word/pdf/signed KEP) and will be saved in your document register (Menu - All documents). You can later generate new documents from the document package by returning to the document registry, for example, today you created and uploaded a contract, and later an invoice and act, etc.
