Date of business transaction on the document ≠ date of QES imposition

Сlause 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Concerning the Abolition of Taxation of Income Received by Nonresidents in the Form of Payment for Production and / or Distribution of Advertising and Improvement of Value Added Taxation of Electronic Services for Non-Residents"  No. 1525-IX dated 03.06.2021, the third paragraph of paragraph 187.1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine was supplemented with the following sentence: "For documents drawn up in electronic form, the date of the document certifying the fact of supply of services by the taxpayer is the date of its compilation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", regardless of the date of electronic signature ".
