The first National contest Template-Challenge!

This is the first
national competition of authors of document templates

The competition is designed to attract lawyers, managers, consultants, researchers and all those willing to create document templates (contracts, letters, statements, acts, complaints, etc.) that will contribute to the organization of legal experience and the implementation of electronic document management at enterprises in Ukraine and abroad.

ESSENCE OF THE COMPETITION

Each contest participant must add 10 templates by September 1, 2019.

The winner is the participant who has made templates that meet all the criteria below as much as possible.

Templates that do not fully meet these requirements may be allowed to be published on the website at the decision of the competition commission.

Templates that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted for participation in the competition.

When evaluating templates, all selection criteria will be taken into account.

Authors of approved templates will be paid a royalty of 25% of template sales.

The main prize is a trip to the sea for two!

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• Quality (compliance with all requirements of legislation and clerical practice, lack of typos, correct filling, etc.)
• Complexity (multilingualism, taking into account the position of the Federal Tax Service and court practice, etc., the formation of supporting documents to the main document (for example, an invoice, a deed to a contract), etc.)
• Flexibility (ability to meet different commercial requirements, prepayment, installments, postpayment, etc.)
• Practicality (convenience and clarity for the user)

TO PARTICIPATE IT IS NECESSARY:

1. Register and enter your personal account on the InStaCo website.
2. (Independently or with the help of an administrator) Add your data to the register of counterparties. Create a contract with InStaCo, save it, sign with your qualified electronic signature and send (share) to vyurchak@instaco.com.ua. The signed contract on behalf of InStaKo will arrive within 5 working days.
3. Recommended: View project webinars.
4. Create from 1 to 10 templates in your personal account and send them to the administrator, specifying your phone number in the name of the template.
5. (Independently or with the help of the administrator) Create a deed of acceptance and transfer of the work (in the contract with InStaCo), writing down in the deed the names of all the templates that you sent to the administrator. The act of acceptance and transfer of the work by InStaCo will be signed only if the template is accepted for publication on the InStaCo website.

Terms of participation:

By participating in the contest, the Participant hereby transfers to LLC "InStaCo" (hereinafter - the Purchaser) all exclusive property rights to use the Templates created by him, including: the right to permanent storage, to public display (permanent, temporary exposure), to use the text of the template in printed publications for the purpose of popularization, for sale for the purpose of obtaining profit, for the transfer of the Template to other organizations, for the transfer of the Work to other institutions, organizations for temporary and/or permanent use, storage for the purpose of public display (temporary exposure) in Ukraine and abroad , for copying and reproduction, modification, for using the Work or its parts for advertising purposes, etc. The above list is not exhaustive. The parties under "exclusive right to use the Work" also understand all other exclusive property rights to use the work (methods and forms of use of the work) in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The use of the work can be carried out both on the territory of Ukraine and on the territory of any other state. LLC "InStaCo" pays the Participant a fee for creating a template that meets the above criteria in the form of a royalty of at least 25% of the sale of templates created by the Participant. The payment of the author's fee is carried out by non-cash settlement in the national currency of Ukraine to the bank details specified in the contract within 10 days of the month following the month in which there were transactions for the sale of the template.
