How to draw up a high-quality additional agreement to any contract

  8. Termination of additional agreement : Specify the validity period of the additional agreement, which usually coincides with the validity period of the original agreement. Confirm that all other provisions of the contract remain unchanged and the parties confirm their obligations.

  9. Signing method : Determine how the additional agreement is signed. If it is an electronic document, indicate whether qualified electronic signatures are used or whether scans are exchanged by e-mail. If it is a paper document, indicate the number of copies. There are no legal restrictions to conclude a contract in paper form, and additional agreements - in scans or to sign with qualified electronic signatures, unless the contract itself prohibits it.
