How to apply for postponement of mobilization

Mobilization is currently taking place in Ukraine, more and more citizens are forced to turn to the TCC on various issues. Since the mobilization is being held for the first time in the entire history of Ukraine's independence, many practical questions arose regarding the preparation of documents, because they had never been done before, due to the fact that all this was "on paper". Therefore, there are many questions about submitting documents to the TCC: how is it better to submit documents, in person, by mail, or through a representative, or is it possible in electronic form, what applications are needed?

One of the popular documents is " Application for postponement of mobilization ". The application is submitted only in writing , but in several ways. First, it is possible to submit an application in person to the TCC branch, or, if one does not wish to visit it, it is possible to make a notarial power of attorney for a familiar person who can do it for you. In this case, the main thing is to prepare two applications with attachments and be sure to ask for a stamp with the entry number and date of application submission on the second copy , which will remain with you. A situation is possible when TCC employees will try not to impose a strain, but it is necessary to insist on this and say that you will appeal to the management or to the hotline of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine with a complaint. The stamp is mandatory, because there are often cases when applications are lost or are considered for a very long time, so you will have an official confirmation of when exactly the application was submitted. Secondly, the application can be submitted by "Ukrposhta" , but it must be a registered letter (with a description of the attachment) to confirm which document was received by the TCC. Appendices in the first and second versions must be submitted in originals or notarized copies.

Please note that according to Art. 20 of the Law "On Appeals of Citizens", applications are considered and decided within a period of no more than one month from the date of their receipt . Already after the one-month deadline, you can request the TCC to provide an answer regarding your postponement, in any case, the answer must be in writing, so that you have confirmation of the grant of a postponement from mobilization, even if the TCC refused - requests such a refusal in writing so that there was a possibility of appeal to higher authorities or to the court.
