Below are a number of links to government services / portals that every lawyer of the company must have in order to respond quickly to business inquiries.

1) Verification of a legal entity or sole proprietor in the USR on the official website of the Ministry of Justice

This service allows:

1. to receive free of charge data on a private individual or legal entity as of the date and time of the search query
2. order an extract from the USR
3. get the result of providing administrative services
4. to receive information on termination of a legal entity or a sole proprietor.

2) Opendata:

1. to receive data on a private individual or legal entity as of the date and time of the search query free of charge;
2. order an extract from the USR (unofficial)
3. view information about owners and management
4. view information about property and real estate (if there is a connection with the register), etc.

There are options for paid subscriptions.

3) Checking the tax debt

This service of the State Tax Service of Ukraine provides an opportunity to check a business partner, in particular on the integrity of taxes.

4) Verification of court decisions in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

5) NACE - Nomenclature statistique des Activites economiques dans la Communaute Europeenne» (Статистична класифікація видів економічної діяльності Європейського Співтовариства).

6) Ukrstat - by entering the USREOU code, the service will determine which statistical reports need to be submitted.

7) Electronic services of the State Geocadastre

1. Order an extract from the State Land Cadastre of the land plot.
2. Order an extract on the normative monetary valuation of land.
3. Obtaining information about land owners and users.
4. Connection of notaries to the State Land Cadastre.

8) State Register of Real Property Rights

1. Get information help
2. Obtaining information on registered real rights to immovable property at: (1) the specified address; (2) the registration number of the real estate object; (3) cadastral number of the land plot; (4) identification data of a natural or legal person.
3. Check the document issued by the State Register of Real Property Rights.

9) The Unified State Portal of Administrative Services https://my.gov.ua/info/services closes information on the services of public authorities on the basis of Part 1 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Services". Services will be provided through the Action Portal - Online service of public services - on the portal you can get public services for both citizens and businesses, in particular, you can get licenses, permits, some registration services, submit some reports and more. The portal is actively developing.
