From August 23, 2021, holders of e-passports and e-passports do not need to provide copies of identity documents when receiving services from the EDP Provider IDD DPS

On August 23, 2021, the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine“ On the Unified State Demographic Register and Documents Proving Citizenship of Ukraine, Identity or Special Status ”came into force. in the electronic form of the information contained in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine in the form of the card (further - the e-passport), in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for departure abroad (further - the e-passport for departure abroad), and also in other documents in which information about the registration number of the taxpayer's account card and / or about the registered place of residence is displayed.

That is, starting from August 23, 2021, holders of e-passports and e-passports do not need to provide copies of identity documents or their special status when receiving services from the Provider.
