Distribution of bank commissions between the parties (ukr, eng), universal

3.3. Усі банківські накладні витрати в країні Покупця несе Покупець, усі інші банківські витрати несе Продавець.

3.3. All bank costs in the Buyer’s country shall be borne by the Buyer; all other bank costs shall be borne by the Seller.

Expenses related to banking operations under this Contract shall be incurred by the respective Party in its bank. The respective Party shall pay the commissions of the correspondent banks in its bank.

Витрати, пов'язані з банківськими операціями за цим Договором, відповідна Сторона здійснює в своєму банку. Оплату комісій банків кореспондентів відповідна Сторона здійснює в своєму банку.
