(1) Any correspondence between the parties in connection with the execution of orders from the subject matter of this contract shall be made in writing by e-mail, which correspondence shall be deemed to be effected and validly binding parties, if the request of either party is addressed to the other party on its email address stated below:

(2) If there is a need for a party to change the email address mentioned in the previous paragraph, it should promptly notify the other party in writing of this circumstance. Othervise all emails should be considered as reveived.
