Labour Agreement with average manager, simple (eng, Nigeria)

LABOUR AGREEMENT

This Labour Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on date of conclusion, (напр.:1st of May 2021)📆 , by and between:

ПІБ повністю (Eng.) , an individual residing at Адреса реєстраціі місця проживання (прописки) (Eng.) , (hereinafter referred to as the "Manager"); and

Повне найменування (Eng.) , a company incorporated under the laws of Nigeria and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under Registration No. Код компанії , with its registered office at Адреса місцезнаходження (юридична адреса) (Eng.) , (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

RECITALS

WHEREAS, the Company desires to employ the Manager in the position of Position Title , and the Manager has agreed to provide their services under the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
AND WHEREAS, both parties desire to define their rights and obligations in this Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. POSITION AND DUTIES

1.1. The Company hereby employs the Manager to serve as Position Title .
1.2. The Manager shall perform all duties customarily associated with this role and such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company.
1.3. The Manager shall faithfully and diligently perform their duties in the best interests of the Company.

2. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

2.1. The employment shall commence on Employment start date, (напр.:May 1, 2021)📆 and shall continue for [duration], unless earlier terminated in accordance with Clause 6 of this Agreement.
2.2. The term may be renewed upon mutual written agreement between the parties.

3. REMUNERATION AND BENEFITS

3.1. The Company shall pay the Manager a gross monthly salary of Salary (zero ) currency payable on or before the last business day of each month.
3.2. The Manager shall be entitled to benefits as specified in the Company’s policies, including but not limited to:

Annual leave of Annual leave number of days (zero ) days;

Health insurance coverage;

Specify other benefits, if any .

4. WORKING HOURS

4.1. The Manager shall work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with reasonable flexibility as may be required to fulfill their duties.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETITION

5.1. The Manager acknowledges that they will have access to confidential information concerning the Company’s business operations.
5.2. The Manager agrees not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from the Company.

5.3. During the term of employment and for a period of dureation of non-compete, months/years after termination, the Manager shall not engage in any business that directly competes with the Company.

6. TERMINATION

6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 calendar days ' written notice.
6.2. The Company may terminate this Agreement without notice for cause, including but not limited to:

Gross misconduct;

Breach of this Agreement;

Conviction of a criminal offense.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, failing which the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
8.2. Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
8.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
