, hereinafter the "BORROWER", on the other hand,
jointly called the "PARTIES",
being fully legally capable, fully aware of the meaning and consequences of our actions, acting on the basis of our free will, which fully corresponds to our internal intent as the parties to this transaction, and not being under the influence of any physical and/or psychological coercion, understanding the legal nature of this transaction, the meaning and terms of this agreement, and its legal consequences, confirming the genuineness of our intentions in entering into it, and that it is neither fictitious nor sham, acting voluntarily and freely, being fluent in the English language, we have entered into this agreement as follows:
1. The Lender transferred, and the Borrower took ownership of, cash in the form and in kind in the amount of loan amount in usd

The loan under this agreement is provided interest-free.

the BORROWER received money from the LENDER exactly in the above indicated amount and that all banknotes received from the LENDER under the Loan agreement are of high quality and the BORROWER did not question and does not question the authenticity of these banknotes.
2. The Borrower undertakes to return the above-mentioned funds in cash and in kind to the Lender within the period term of the loan return, (напр.:Friday, 31 December 2021)📆

By mutual consent of the parties, the term of this Agreement may be extended by concluding an additional agreement on the introduction of amendments to this Loan Agreement.

4. The Borrower has the right to return, and the Lender undertakes to accept funds before the term specified in clause 2 of this Agreement.
5. The loan is considered repaid at the time of transfer of currency values in kind to the Lender in cash or crediting the borrowed amount in kind to his bank account.
6. In the event that the Borrower does not return the borrowed funds within the established period, the Lender has the right to collect the debt in an undisputed manner.
7. The Parties certify that:
● they do not conceal circumstances that are of material importance for this Agreement;
● as a result of concluding this agreement, the rights and legitimate interests of persons, including minors, young children, disabled children and other persons whom the parties are obliged to support by law or agreement, will not be violated;
● the agreement is not concluded under the influence of circumstances that are difficult for them;
● they have not been recognized as incompetent or with limited legal capacity;
● the conclusion of the agreement corresponds to their interests;
● the expression of will is free, conscious and corresponds to their inner will;
● the terms of the agreement are clear and correspond to the real agreement of the parties;
● they are fluent in Ukrainian, which allows each of them to understand the content of this agreement;
● the agreement does not conceal another transaction and is aimed at the real occurrence of the consequences stipulated in it.
8. The parties certify that the text of this agreement sets forth the essential terms and conditions relating to the loan. Any prior agreements that occurred prior to the conclusion of this agreement and are not reflected in its text will have no legal significance after the signing of the agreement.
9. To secure the BORROWER'S obligations under this AGREEMENT with all additional agreements thereto, the following is transferred as collateral: car __ model __, registration number __, chassis number (body) (VIN) ___

13. The Parties have agreed that the essential terms of the Agreement may be changed or supplemented by additional agreements on amendments and additions to this loan agreement by consent of both parties.
14. This Agreement shall enter into force and shall be deemed concluded from the moment of its signing by the Parties.
