Re: Engagement for the Name of Project

 

We are pleased to inform you that Private Entrepreneur ПІБ ФОП (Eng.) . has been approved to provide development services for the initial investigation and testing works related to the ‘Name of Project ’ on behalf of Повне найменування (Eng.) . We look forward to working with you and trust that your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of the project.

The terms of your engagement are as follows:
1. Scope of Services: You are engaged as an independent contractor and not an employee, and will be responsible for the investigation, testing and development required for the Name of Project . Any additional services outside this scope will require separate written approval.
2. Duration of Engagement: This engagement will remain in effect for the duration of the Name of Project   or until all deliverables associated with your services h ave been completed. Upon finalisation of the project, your services will no longer be required unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Future Engagement: If it is determined that further services are required after the  completion of the Name of Project , a new contractor agreement will be issued to you at such time for your review and signature. No ongoing engagement beyond the scope of this project will be implied without a signed agreement.
4. Rate payable: Whilst there are no minimum services undertaken to be offered by Повне найменування (Eng.)   $ agreed fee scale USD per hour is the agreed fee scale for the Engagement period, where a GST and Tax compliance invoice is submitted on a regular basis.
a. In case of any dispute in payment, a discussion with Повне найменування (Eng.) is required to rectify tthe dispute.
b. The method of any payment will be a Wise transfer. The contractor will be required to issue an invoice at the end of each month, and payment will be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
